Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process.

It’s not Valentine’s Day, but Juno is asking, “Will you be mine?” Juno is a genuine sweetheart who is waiting for a loving and devoted pet parent. She is affectionate and has an eye-catching dark grey and white tuxedo coat with “socks” to match. Her gorgeous green eyes complete the picture! She is truly beautiful inside and out.
Juno’s young history is unknown. At one time she must have been someone’s pet and was possibly lost or abandoned. All of a sudden, she was frequently seen wandering looking for food. Juno went through a lot at a very young age. In fact, it is truly a miracle she is still alive. Coyotes often search for food in the same area where she traveled, so she is still here for a reason. This is where you enter the picture. Juno is ready to live safely indoors so she can relax, “make biscuits,” and give head bumps to say you are hers. She  is a low-key and quiet cat and would do well in a comparable home. She loves to have her ears rubbed, she likes to rub against your hands or legs, and would enjoy a window seat to call her  own. Juno is curious and wants to inspect everything from top to bottom. At this time, she has not shown an interest in cat toys, but a cat tree would be great! Juno  may occasionally give you a very light love bite to say thank you for the rubs or to let you know it’s time for a break.

Juno can be adopted as a single cat. After being on her own, she is ready to have her very own forever pet mom and/or dad. Juno’s reaction to kittens and cats while in foster care was positive from a distance. Due to health care needs of individual cats, she was not placed directly with the others, but she could see them. There was no hissing and Juno would often “talk” to them.

It’s time for Juno to receive her warm, fuzzy new beginning. Who says Cupid can’t make a match before February!
