Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process. 

I'm Lola. I am a very special PolydactyI girl AND when I lie down I have a heart shape on my side. I was first adopted as a kitten and quickly learned to enjoy sitting in my human mom’s lap for hours at a time, sharing kisses and love. But on my first birthday my guardian passed away suddenly, leaving me lost and alone. Although I was sad, I was gentle and loving with my new foster parents — even sharing the bed with them at night waiting for the the perfect family to help mend my broken heart. It took several weeks but all were overjoyed when I found a home with a mom, young child, and dog where I was promised kindness and affection. Sadly, I was returned with the excuse that I wasn’t getting along with them. So back into foster care I went and they figured out that I was not treated kindly by my adoptive family. Sometimes I flinch and squint when anyone raises a hand to pet me. I am looking for a kind and carnig human companion to teach me that love and compassion shouldn’t hurt. If you have room in your heart and home for a twice-shy kitty like me who must lean to love again, please consider adopting making me a part of your family. I will need to be your only Princess with no other pets at home.
