Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process.
I am 'demure.' I'm gentle, but need an experienced cat person who understands that it may take me a few weeks to feel comfortable. I am okay with a very gentle other kitty, who won't get in my face. I was attacked and badly wounded before I was rescued by Candy's Cats, and while my physical scars are healed, I'm afraid of dogs (we suspect a coyote attack.) I won't do well with younger children, or excitable, loud people. I will only be able to meet any potential adopters at the Apopka cottage since PetSmart would be too stressful for me.
