Candy's Cats (CCI) is a foster-home cat rescue in Central Florida. We've been established since 2005.
Fostering is our life blood and without folks who are willing to care for our rescued kitties in their home, we could not do what we do.

(In order to foster from CCI, all personal cats in the home already must be combo tested at some point in their lives. You may be asked to provide proof of test results.) *

Candy’s Cats does not usually provide food and litter for the foster cats, unless donations come in. Can you afford the expense of providing food and litter?

CCI has several secret, closed Facebook Groups that we use to provide information and stay in touch with our volunteers. Approved volunteers are encouraged to friend Candy Sullivan so that they can be added to the list. If you are approved and want to be included in those groups, please write yes or no. (You can unfollow Candy after you've been added to the groups.)
CANDY’S CATS, INC. RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
I understand that my participation and/or involvement as a participant/volunteer/foster for Candy’s Cats, Inc., carries with it the potential for certain risks associated with being around animals, including but not limited to being bitten, scratched, jumped on, knocked over, chased, tripped, infected with a disease, or otherwise injured or frightened, as well as the risks of damage to personal property.
I acknowledge that I will be working with animals whose temperaments who may be unpredictable.
I acknowledge and understand that cats can bite, scratch or otherwise cause me harm. I understand that cats, especially ones that have been rescued and possibly abused, traumatized or are feral can be easily startled, scared or feel threatened and may cause me harm.
I understand that my participation as a volunteer for Candy’s Cats, Inc. will not make me an employee for any purpose, nor will I be eligible for any benefits.
I am a willing participant/volunteer/foster for Candy’s Cats, Inc.
I hereby declare and certify that I am over the age of eighteen (18) years and have no health problems that would endanger me in my participation with Candy’s Cats, Inc.
I further acknowledge that these risks could cause me, or others around me, harm, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, damage to property or emotional distress.
If I am not eighteen (18) years of age or older, my Parent or Guardian has signed below and acknowledges to be bound by this Release.
By signing this agreement, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Candy’s Cats, Inc., as well as all of its administrators, employees, agents, representatives, officers, directors, successors, other volunteers, vendors, store locations, off-site venues and locations, etc. from all losses, claims, theft, demands, liabilities, grievances, causes of action, and/or expenses, including but not by way of limitation, all liability for property damages and personal injury of every kind, nature or description arising or which may hereafter arise, known or unknown, out of my participation, volunteering and/or fostering for Candy’s Cats, Inc. or out of my presence on any site, event or home used to further the cause of Candy’s Cats, Inc.
